We know that navigating insurance can feel overwhelming, so we do everything we can to make it easier.

We provide a Reimbursement Invoice (often referred to as a ‘superbill’) upon request, which includes all the information your insurance company needs to consider reimbursement for out-of-network care. Many of our patients are able to submit these invoices directly to their insurance for possible partial reimbursement.

We recommend contacting your insurer's member services or logging into your online portal to find instructions for submitting an out-of-network claim. Many offer easy online forms or app-based uploads
