Paulette Nielson brings compassion and leadership to every aspect of Amatoria Wellness as our Chief Nursing Officer and Practice Manager. A lifelong nurse, wife, and mother of five, she’s known for her caring nature and steady presence that ensures patients feel supported, safe, and truly cared for.
Her nursing journey includes extensive experience in pre-operative and post-anesthesia care, where she gained valuable expertise in surgical preparation, recovery, and safety protocols. Today, Paulette plays a key role in building and overseeing our IV infusion services, ensuring patients receive safe, effective, and restorative treatments under skilled nursing care.
Paulette’s blend of clinical expertise and heartfelt compassion helps shape Amatoria Wellness into a trusted destination for integrative healthcare, where her caring nature extends into everything she does.
Anndrea Boyer is the founder and lead provider of Amatoria Wellness, bringing more than a decade of experience in family, preventive, and integrative medicine to every patient interaction. As a nationally certified Physician Associate (PA-C) who earned her degree from the University of St. Francis in 2011, she has been board certified by the NCCPA since then.
Her extensive background includes years of practice with the University of Utah Health system and Mountain West Medical Center, giving her deep expertise in evidence-based treatments with a personalized, root-cause approach. Anndrea specializes in hormone therapy, medical weight loss, peptides, ADHD management, and functional medicine, taking time to listen, educate, and design treatment plans that empower you to take charge of your health.
Beyond her medical expertise, Anndrea proudly serves in the U.S. Army for over 10 years, bringing the values of discipline, service, and resilience into her leadership and patient care. When she’s not caring for patients, this married mother of two enjoys hiking, crafting, beach trips, and has a lifelong love for turtles.
Tim Geary is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner at Amatoria Wellness. He brings over a decade of nursing experience, having earned his BSN from Dixie State University in 2015 and his MSN in Family Nurse Practitioner studies from United States University in 2025, where he completed extensive clinical rotations in primary care.
Tim’s nursing background includes Medical-Surgical, inpatient neuro-rehabilitation, and emergency medicine. At Amatoria Wellness, he specializes in family health for patients aged Five to Sixty, with a focus on men’s health and hormone replacement therapy.
Additionally, Tim has 16 years of service in the Utah Army National Guard, with deployments to Iraq, the Horn of Africa, and numerous humanitarian missions to Morocco, experiences that have honed his leadership and clinical skills.
He maintains his active RN license in Utah. Tim is passionate about building strong patient relationships and promoting wellness through education and compassionate care.
Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with his family, staying fit by hitting the gym 5-6 days per week, and playing competitive pickleball.

Sarah is the friendly face that welcomes every patient to Amatoria Wellness. As our Front Office Manager, she keeps the clinic running smoothly, ensuring each visit feels seamless and stress-free.
Compassionate by nature, Sarah takes pride in creating a warm, inviting environment where patients feel cared for from the moment they walk in. Married with one child, she balances her professional role with a love for family and her passion for plants. Her nurturing personality shines through in everything she does—whether it’s helping patients, supporting the team, or bringing a touch of greenery to the office.
